Your players' names and colours, every throw, game history, stats and settings are stored in a local database on your iPhone. Calculations (score left, way to finish, averages) run on the device, even offline.

This data is never sent to Naelo Studio or to any provider. It only leaves the iPhone if you export a CSV file yourself; the app that receives it then applies its own policy.

Payments are processed by Apple. Naelo Studio never sees your name, email address or payment details.

To validate and restore your purchase, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier generated by the app, Apple purchase receipts and technical data (iOS version, store country). RevenueCat's policy.

If the app crashes, an anonymous technical report is sent to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): device model, iOS and app version, error trace. No screenshot, no player name, no personal identifier. Sentry's policy.

To learn which modes are used and where the app gets in the way, Compteur Flechette sends anonymous usage events to PostHog, Inc., hosted in the European Union (for example: game started and its mode, game finished, offer shown), with a random identifier linked neither to your identity nor to your Apple account. The app does not use the iPhone's advertising identifier and does not track you across apps.

Compteur Flechette does not ask for your location, your contacts, or access to the camera or microphone.

The purchase relies on the performance of the contract; crash reports and statistics on Naelo Studio's legitimate interest in running and improving the app.

Crash reports are kept for 90 days at most and usage statistics for 24 months at most, then deleted. Purchase data is kept as long as needed to restore your purchase and meet accounting obligations.

Sentry and RevenueCat may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability provided by the GDPR. As the data processed is anonymous, we generally cannot link it to you; write to us and we will do what we can with the details you give us.
