Account and data deletion

Compteur Flechette creates no account: no sign-up, no email address, no password. So there is no account to delete, and Naelo Studio keeps none of your games on a server.

Everything the app creates lives on your iPhone. Here is how to erase it.

Erase everything from your iPhone

Delete the app: touch and hold its icon, then Delete App. Your players, games, stats and settings are erased with it. Export them first as CSV (Settings > Export as CSV) if you want to keep a record.

To erase a single game, delete it from History and stats. To remove a player, archive them from Players.

Your purchase

Your purchase is tied to your Apple account and survives deleting the app: you can restore it by reinstalling. RevenueCat keeps an anonymous identifier and the purchase history to make that restore possible.

To request deletion of this purchase data, write to me with the Apple receipt of the purchase attached.

Crash reports and statistics

They are anonymous and cannot be linked to you. They are deleted automatically at the end of their retention period (see the privacy policy).
